We Process on-line orders using PayPal & Stripe Payment Gateways.
If you prefer to make payment and order over the phone please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping 
Shipping charges will be added at checkout. We use a fixed price for shipping and will always deliver the best possible price relating to postage fees.
If however, the shipping cost exceeds our fixed price (due to large packaging or excess weight) we will contact you before we proceed and inform you of the new delivery cost.

Delivery
We dispatch orders within 24 hours where possible subject to being in stock. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery within Ireland.

Any purchase over a value of ??? Euro is exempt from a delivery charge in Ireland.
Purchases of a value under ??? Euro have a fixed delivery fee. Please see your shopping cart for details.

Prices
All of the prices and timelines quoted are current at the time of placing your order. All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT. Gifts4UKilkenny reserves the right to alter or amend any prices on this website at any time without prior notice. All delivery charges are published in the appropriate section of this website.

Cancellation Period
Gifts4UKilkenny allows for a 7 day cancellation period. This commences from the date of delivery of the goods. To avail of this cancellation period, the goods must be unopened, unused and still in its original packaging. Goods must be returned in the very same condition that it was dispatched in. You are required to contact us and inform us of your intention to return goods within the stipulated time frame. Do not return any package without contacting us. When you are returning goods for this reason, you are responsible for the return postage. Once we receive the goods and have examined them for any defects we will refund you.

Returns
Any returns for a defective product we will cover the cost of returns.
Any returns for any other reason you are responsible for the cost of the returns
